We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Jane Austen Centre; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the items are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Bath gift shop and drop it off at your local post office or courier.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
